Is this conference suitable for beginners in spiritual development? 

While no specific prior experience is required, this conference is designed for those who are serious about their spiritual journey and ready for deeper work.

Do I need to have experience with meditation? 

Our guided spiritual meditations are unlike most other meditations. An open mind and committment to your growth is all that's needed.

How many people attend?

Our retreats vary in length, typically ranging from 2-3 days to 5-7 days.

Is there a refund policy?

The cancellation policy relates to the conference fee only. It is in line with the cancellation policy imposed upon us by the hotel.  NB:  Accommodation is secured by provision of credit card details and then paid upon arrival and  Air fares are booked separately by the attendee. Where the cancellation is made: By 30 July 2025, refund is made in full. (less an administrative fee of $150) 15 August 2025 a refund of 50% of amount paid will be made. (less an administrative fee of $150) After this there is no refund of the conference fee payable. Where you cancel or reduce your accommodation booking at Palm Garden Resort after 30 July you may be liable for payment by the hotel.  Where a change or cancellation is made after 1 September the hotel will charge you for any time the room was booked.
